Dr. Ravinder Marok, MD
Dr. Marok is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist that treats individuals throughout their lifespan, from early childhood into adulthood. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Integrative Biology. He completed residency training at Case Western Reserve and Louisiana State University, New Orleans. At LSU, he completed fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. In addition, he completed the Harris infant fellowship, with training focusing on the treatment of trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, and behavioral disturbances in infants and toddlers.
Dr. Marok specializes in treating mood & anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism, and sleep disorders. He utilizes both pharmacologic treatment and psychotherapy techniques. In addition, he works with patients on interpersonal growth and professional development.
In his spare time, he enjoys trail running, biking and hiking. He is a passionate cook and loves to grill with friends and family and appreciates the abundance of local produce in the pacific northwest and is an advocate of healthy eating.
Dr. Rachael Davison, dnp
Dr. Davison is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that treats patients across the lifespan. She has advanced clinical training as a Board-certified Doctor of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her medical training at the University of Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University. She believes pharmacological interventions allow one to regain control of their life along with therapy to address core beliefs and past experiences.
Dr. Davison specializes in Anxiety disorders, ADHD, Depression, and Bipolar disorder. She enjoys working with children and adults. She strives to create positive and lasting change for patients by utilizing both pharmacotherapy and holistic treatment options.
In her spare time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor hobbies and loves to travel. She is a strong believer in personal health and wellness. She is an advocate of healthy living and encourages her patients to make healthy lifestyle decisions to support optimal mental health.
Sarah Sunday, ARNP
Sarah Sunday is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Sarah treats patients across the life span and specializes in a wide variety of mental health disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. She completed her graduate studies at Chamberlain College and Walden University. She has extensive experience in a variety of clinical settings including emergency care.
She uses an empathetic, culturally competent, and collaborative approach to treatment to help you reach your goals. Sarah has a passion for guiding people of all ages to be their best selves and enjoys working alongside individuals to achieve their goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature and is a strong proponent of connecting our mind and body with healthy and purposeful living. She is an avid kayaker and is fond of spending time with family.
Danielle Simpson, ARNP
Danielle Simpson is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides integrated care across the lifespan, specializing in mood and anxiety disorders in both adolescents and adults. She completed her graduate studies at Ohio State University. She has clinical experience in a variety of settings with a focus on community mental health.
She utilizes pharmacotherapy and holistic treatment options in caring for patients. Danielle prides herself on delivering compassionate care while advocating for patients to meet their goals. Her passion is in assisting patients with their treatment goals to optimal mental health.
Danielle enjoys being physically active when not caring for patients and believes in the importance of a healthy mind and body. Danielle enjoys trail running and playing volleyball in her free time. She is also an avid reader and enjoys abstract painting during the colder months.
jenny gao, pmhnp
Jenny Gao is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with medical training from the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned two post-baccalaureate degrees with honors. She received dual Bachelors in Science degrees from Vanderbilt University in Cognitive Studies and Medicine, Health, & Society. Her clinical background includes diverse experiences in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient mental health, integrated care models, and interventional psychiatry. She has years of extensive experience in psychiatry, having worked as a behavioral therapist and clinical psychology researcher at Vanderbilt.
Jenny specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related conditions. She believes in a collaborative approach to mental health, integrating pharmacological interventions with holistic and non-pharmacological strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), lifestyle modifications, and mindfulness-based practices. Her goal is to empower patients to regain control of their mental well-being and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their lives with support.
Outside of her practice, Jenny enjoys spending time running outdoors, solo traveling, and exploring Seattle’s vibrant food scene. She is passionate about health and wellness, advocating for balanced living, self-care, and movement as integral components of mental well-being. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their treatment journey.
Dr. Kristeen Seratt, DNP
Dr. Seratt is a Family Nurse Practitioner that treats patients across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in Women's health and working with young families and individuals across the lifespan. Dr. Seratt is a certified perinatal mental health specialist and provides specialty care during the perinatal and postnatal period.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Pacific Lutheran University. She believes in using pharmaceuticals as part of a larger toolbox to support individuals as they work towards maximizing their whole health.
Dr. Seratt has been working in maternal child healthcare since 2004, caring for the infant/parent dyad in a variety of roles including parent educator, nurse, and lactation specialist. She believes her purpose as a provider is to work collaboratively with patients and families towards reaching their distinct wellness goals. She desires to partner with her clients in order to tailor treatment plans to their unique needs.
When not at work, she is busy with her husband, two children, many pets, and a large extended family. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys being outside in all seasons. She enjoys gardening and skiing.
Timothy davis, ARNP
Tim is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds a graduate degree from the University of Missouri. He is a dedicated mental health professional equipped with comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the field of mental health care. He provides himself on providing the highest standard of care to his clients. Throughout his career, Tim has embraced an empathetic, culturally competent, and collaborative approach to treatment.
In his practice, Tim collaborates closely with individuals across the lifespan, offering tailored treatment plans and compassionate support. Alongside his professional endeavors, Tim is deeply committed to ongoing education and staying up on of advancements in psychiatric care, ensuring that his clients receive the most effective and up-to-date treatment options. He has a genuine commitment to making a positive impact to serving the mental health needs of his community.
In his free time, he enjoys various outdoor pursuits such as camping, hiking, and biking. He has a special interest in attending shows, whether it's live music performances or theater productions. His passion is to travel and experience new places by immersing himself in different cultures, cuisines, and traditions.
Rachel Lee, PMHNP, FNP
Rachel Lee is a dual Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) that treats patients across the lifespan. She is experienced in both Pediatric and Adult care and has worked in a multitude of clinical environments.
Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and completed her graduate studies at Seattle University (FNP) and Frontier Nursing University (PMHNP). She enjoys creating tailored holistic treatment plans for her patients, integrating pharmacotherapy and therapeutic modalities of care.
Rachel enjoys volunteering in her spare time and being involved in community projects.She is an advocate of healthy and sustainable living and enjoys gardening and has participated in community outreach to build more green spaces.
She enjoys spending time in nature with her three children and their friends, on the water and on the trails. She lives to create beauty through function.
DR. MICHAEL KRAUSSER, DNP
Dr. Michael Krausser, earned his Medical degree from the University of Washington. A native Seattleite, he enjoys serving patients within the greater Seattle community and is qualified to treat a wide variety of mental health issues across the lifespan. Mike utilizes a holistic approach, to improving the mental health of his patients.
I enjoy treating adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health disorders. I specialize in Mood disorders such as Bipolar disorder, ADHD and Anxiety disorders. I enjoy navigating the complexities of Psycho-pharmacology in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and working on numerous home improvement projects.
KEYA KUMAR, PMHNP
Keya Kumar is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She treats patients across the lifespan with a particular emphasis on adults and transitional aged youth. Keya completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University. She has various clinical experiences with focuses on community mental health, trauma informed care, and family systems integration.
Keya believes in using a holistic approach with patients, combining pharmacotherapy with integrative treatment services in order to create the best possible outcomes for mental health. She values the provider-patient relationship and seeks to create a safe and compassionate environment that empowers patients to reach their goals.
In her spare time Keya enjoys weight lifting, reading, going on walks in nature, and trying new restaurants. She is a strong proponent of personal wellness and growth, both internally and externally. In practice, she prioritizes working together to find a way of living which incorporates evidence based methods with the patient’s own unique experiences.
DR. TATIANA DEGRAFFENREID, DNP
Dr. Tatiana DeGraffenreid, a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, that treats patients across the lifespan with a particular emphasis on adults and adolescents. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio State University and her Doctoral degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
With a commitment to holistic healthcare and a passion for mental health advocacy, she treats patients of all ages and diagnoses, employing evidence-based practice and drawing from clinical experience. Dr. DeGraffenreid firmly believes in individualized care, placing the patient at the center of her practice. In her pursuit of optimal well-being, she emphasizes the uniqueness of each patient.
Outside the realm of healthcare, she finds joy in playing music, immersing herself in nature, and participating in sports like volleyball and pickleball.
